Ebay Findings: Exfoliating Brush Under $5!

This brush is tha bomb! For a really long time I've been looking for an exfoliating face brush. All the ones I find online are always super super expensive, but they're the highly rated brushes that all the Youtube celebs and beauty bloggers suggest everyone should buy.
