It seems like every Youtube beauty guru seems to own a set of Real Techniques brushes and these brushes have only received high praise. You can pretty much purchase these brushes at any drugstore, however, I purchased my brushes at Wal-Mart. They're not cheap brushes, the brushes I purchased cost around $25-$30 (I can't remember the exact price because I bought it back in December).
The set included a retractable bronzer brush, contour brush, pointed foundation brush and buffing brush. I use some brushes differently rom what they should be used for. I use the buffing brush as a foundation brush and this brush is AMAZING! The brush picks up so much product and distributes the foundation on my skin so evenly and well. It leaves my foundation flawless. I use the contour brush as a contour brush lol. This brush picks up a good amount of product and allows me to apply my contour exactly at my cheekbones. Before I bought this brush, I didn't have a contour brush so I used my Elf blending brush for eyeshadows as my contour brush and it did not give me the perfect contour I was looking for. I use the pointed foundation brush as a concealer brush and honestly speaking, I really don't fancy this brush. The bristles are so hard (probably because of the wrong way in which I washed my brush) and feel solid rather than fluffy and this causes it to leaves my concealer looking caky. Lastly but not least, my absolute favorite brush, the retractable bronzing brush. This is like my multi-purpose brush. I use it for anything and everything. I often use this brush to blend in my contour or to set my foundation. The bristles on this brush are so soft you can use it for anything. I love how it's so soft, but so powerful as to allow my makeup to stand out. If you love makeup and you've been searching for good brushes, Real Techniques is a great way to start. It is a bit pricy, but then again, who said makeup was cheap?
Na wow ooo, $25-30 just for ordinary brush? Makeup brushes no be small money
